What weight of weighted blanket should I choose?
A general rule of thumb is around 8-12% of your body weight. If you're torn between the two, most people are more comfortable with the lower weight to start with.
How long will it take me to get used to the blanket?
Most often 2–7 nights . We recommend starting gradually (e.g. 20–30 minutes the first evening) and then increasing the time.
Won't I be hot under it?
It depends on your thermal comfort and the time of year. If you overheat at night, wear lighter pajamas, ventilate the room, and possibly choose a lighter weight/more breathable cover.
How is the blanket washed and maintained?
We recommend using a cover and washing according to the product label. Generally speaking: gentle program, lower temperature and thorough drying. If you are not sure, write to us and we will advise you according to the specific variant.
Is it suitable for allergy sufferers?
Most people will benefit from regular maintenance and use of the coating. If you have a specific allergy to a certain material, please check the ingredients on the product or write to us.
Who is a weighted blanket not suitable for?
We do not recommend it for small children (especially under 2 years old ) and for people who might have trouble safely removing the blanket themselves. If you have any health restrictions, consult your doctor before using it.
When will my order arrive and what if it doesn't fit me?
Delivery depends on the country and carrier. You will see the exact estimate in the cart and in the order confirmation. If the product does not fit you, follow our return and complaint policies.
